Singular’s client, Super League Gaming, announced terms for its IPO on Tuesday, looking to raise $25 million by offering 2.3 million shares ranging from $10-$12. The amateur e-sports league has created communities for gamers across the United States, hosting simulcasted leagues for League of Legends, Minecraft, and Clash Royale. Controlled by their custom-built, state of the art application, Super League Gaming uses Singular to power their video streams and data for both their in-venue feeds and Twitch live streams.
