For the biggest event of the year Reality Check and Cake developed a dynamic new brand identity for CBS Sports.  The look takes viewers under the big lights, capturing the power and spectacle of the Super Bowl game with a sleek monochromatic glass-and-steel feel.   RC worked closely with CBS Sports’ creative services and production teams in the development of the new package from initial NFL on CBS logo design to the eyebar UI functionality to on-site production support in New Orleans.

RCS also helped bring Super Bowl XLVII to life for NFL Network, DirecTV, NBCSN and ESPN. 20 RCS “Bullets” were employed at 9 New Orleans locations to power HD graphics and custom software for over 278 hours of LIVE coverage throughout Super Bowl Week. Programs produced by NFL Network included the International broadcast of Super Bowl XLVII which was seen in 234 countries, Total Access, GameDay Morning, GameDay Final, GameDay StatZone. Reality Check worked closely with the DirecTV team on the production of the week long Dan Patrick and Artie Lange shows in addition to the presentations of the Celebrity Beach Bowl. For ESPN, RCS “Bullets” were used for the pre game show and studio remote productions, respectively.
