Fight night returned to prime time in style in March, as Haymon Boxing kicked off its first series of televised Premier Boxing Champions (PBC) fights on March 7th. The series is airing in prime time slots throughout 2015 across NBC, CBS and Spike, as well as online. To make a splash for its comeback, PBC looked to Reality Check Systems to deliver a high-end graphics package and innovative technological workflow that it could use throughout the season. Designed to restore the original excitement of past fight nights to prime time, both are being deployed across all PBC events to broadcast dynamic, informative graphics for both PBC’s world feed and in-venue production.

The package includes a full range of graphics that allow viewers to get an up-close-and-personal look at all of the action – from full screen, to tale of the tape, fighter match ups, fight cards, lower thirds and more. Using proprietary hardware and software, our team also built a custom pipeline in PBC’s OB truck to simplify graphics operation for the live world feed of every match. A proprietary front-end application was developed to enable synchronization of all fight metadata to the live footage.

With RCS clients Spike and CBS serving as partner broadcasters throughout the season, our team simultaneously prepared custom graphics packages for their respective feeds.
