On July 11, 2017, the new Dana White Tuesday Night Contender series launched on UFC’s OTT service Fight Pass with graphics support from RCS. Filmed in the Ultimate Fighter gym in Las Vegas, the series follows up-and-coming male and female fighters scouted by UFC matchmakers as they battle one another to earn a coveted spot with UFC. Each episode highlights five fights, showcases rising MMA talent and includes interviews with the fighters, content that is augmented by graphics our team helped build. Working with UFC and design concepts provided by Pyxis, we developed a custom graphics package for the show that includes everything from the tale of the tape to title cards, full screens, lower thirds, tombstones and more. Our team then interfaced scripts to bring the package to life, making sure the aesthetic aligned with UFC’s existing PPV package throughout the process.
