Turner Digital has been utilizing Singular throughout the season as part of their pre-game live streams, but reached new highs over the weekend with their special All-Star Weekend Singular package, built by Certified Service Provider RCS.
Sunday’s All-Star Game pregame stream earned nearly 775,000 views on YouTube, making it by far the most-watched pregame live stream for NBA on TNT this season.
In addition to the All-Star pregame, Turner also produced a pregame stream for Friday’s NBA Rising Stars Challenge – which pitted the top rookies and sophomores in the league against each other – as well as a companion stream for the All-Star Draft last week. For the draft, RCS built a Singular composition that allowed operators to assign players to a specific team and grey their names off of a list as they were selected.
The pregame stream package included full screen slates, a countdown clock, and a set of lower thirds interfaced with player statistics.
